Choosing Option 1, the event holder pre-purchases the alcohol for their guests;
a Plum Creek Bartender is provided and serves the drinks.

Choosing Option 2, the event holder may pay a $50 bartender fee and Plum Creek will offer a bar for their guests to purchase drinks. Event holder can combine both options.

Requirements:

All Alcohol Must Be Provided By Plum Creek Golf Course

19% gratuity will be added to all pre-purchased alcohol

Security is required if alcohol is being served

1 Security officer is $30 per hour - minimum 4 hours (1-175 guests)

2 Security officers requred for for events over 175 guests
